MOM'S COOKIE STYLE PIE CRUST 1/2 Cup powder sugar 3/4 Cup butter (softened) 1-1/2 Cups all purpose flour 1/4 Cup Cornstarch 2 tsp. Vanilla 2 tbl. Milk (approx) Mix powder contents, add butter and Vanilla. After mixed add milk as needed for consistency. When Mixing is done, refriderate for 1 hour then roll. Bake on lightly crisco and floured pie pan. Bake at 325* until edges turn slightly brown 12-15 minutes. Makes two 9" crusts Follow Fruit or other Pie Recipe for final baking
